- The minimum opening order amount is one case.
- The minimum reorder amount is one case.
- Mixed cases are only allowed as shown online.
- Backorders are not allowed.
For all orders, payment must be made by credit card online (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER).
Consumer coupons, discounts and/or other promotions cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
All Freight order quotes should be handled via phone.
Non Freight orders are shipped via Federal Express and quoted upon checkout. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within three days of receiving delivery. Our shipping provider reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for two weeks.
Approval is required for all returns. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any orders refused or returned without prior authorization.
